Appointments are for 45 minutes and include medication management and psychotherapy at every visit. All fees are charged on the day of service. Dr. Siegel requires 24 hours notice to change and appointment and accepts credit cards.

Please note that Dr. Siegel is an out-of-network provider and does not participate with any insurance programs and does not accept direct payment or assignment of benefits from any health insurance provider. If you have out-of-network benefits, Dr. Siegel will be happy to assist you in getting reimbursed from your insurance provider. Unfortunately, Medicare does not have out-of-network benefits and his fees are not reimbursable from them.
